Re: Aplo #3----Sancho No more Sancho for the season. Decided to put him up with his girlfriend and take a more cautious path with him. Hopefully we will see little aplo pics in the next couple seasons.

Re: Aplo #3----Sancho Not sure yet. I have been messing with my 10yr old HH. Some days we get along, other we don't. He is still 3oz from his highest weight but these cold nights should help with that. I will probably get him in the field a few times, then decide if I want to continue. He hadn't been in the house in over 4yrs (now a breeder for me), I put jesses on him, which he told me he didn't care for; cursing me the whole time. Acted like an ass for the walk to the house, I opened the back door and he bated towards his perch. I tied him there and it was like he did it yesterday. different bird. I could walk right up to him, face to face and he would just grunt at me and allow me to stroke him down the back, chest and feet without concern or issue. By the end of the night, he was jumping a few feet for tidbits. All good signs he knows what is going on and will come around pretty easily. I think that is what I need out of falconry right now, either a break or an easy season. Gary

Nope, no RT's for me. Now, if Jason wants to make a trade for his RT...I'm all ears. Lol.
Hoping for some creance work from the old man HH today. We will see if he is ready to play.
